Yay Or Nay supports creating feedback forms for Panels, i.e. moderated discussions among multiple experts on-stage.

Creating Panel Feedback Forms

You can create a new feedback form for panels from the dashboard.

Click on Create Form, and choose Panel from the Type dropdown menu.

Available Questions

The questions being asked to respondees are listed below, along with their follow-up questions given for context and inspiration:

1. How would you rate the overall topic?

   Was it relevant to you? Did it fit the occasion?

2. How would you rate the presenter's expertise?

   Did they seem knowledgeable? Did they seem prepared?

3. How would you rate the overall discussion?

   Were speaking times balanced? Did the panel stay on topic?

4. How would you rate the panel's participants?

   Did they present a diverse background? Did the discussion feel fair/balanced?

All questions can be graded on a scale of 1-5.
